A one-month intensive integrating film, TV, and digital media to foster gender equity,
content innovation, and commercial viability designed for creators, strategists, and
entrepreneurs in Nigeria and Kenya.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This one-month programme brings together the worlds of film, television, and digital media through a single unifying lens: gender equity, creative strategy, and commercial impact. Rather than treating these as separate industries, the course explores the overlapping principles, business models, and storytelling strategies that apply across all three, equipping participants to operate fluidly and strategically in Nigeria’s and Kenya’s evolving entertainment landscape.
Structured across three weeks of progressive modules from foundational frameworks to monetisation to cross-sector collaboration, the programme combines pre-recorded lectures, live expert sessions, peer workshops, and a capstone project. Participants leave with a fully developed, fundable business plan for a gender-equitable, multi-platform content project.
